IT SHALL BE WELL

It Shall Be Well

**It Shall Be Well**

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, with challenges that seem impossible to overcome. However, the Bible reminds us time and again that with God, all things are possible. No matter how difficult your circumstances may appear, remember the promise that “It shall be well.”

**The Israelites and the Red Sea**

When Pharaoh pursued the Israelites, he was confident they would be trapped by the Red Sea. It seemed like a hopeless situation, but God had other plans. In Exodus 14:21-22, “Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. And the people of Israel went into the midst of the sea on dry ground, the waters being a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.” Despite Pharaoh’s intentions, God made a way where there seemed to be no way. The Israelites crossed the Red Sea safely, showing that with God, it shall be well.

**The Woman with the Issue of Blood**

In Mark 5:25-34, we read the story of a woman who had suffered from a bleeding condition for twelve years. She had seen many doctors and spent all she had, but her condition only worsened. Yet, she believed that if she could just touch the hem of Jesus’ garment, she would be healed. When she reached out in faith, Jesus said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” Despite years of suffering, it was well with her because of her faith in Jesus.

**Other Biblical References**

1. **Jeremiah 29:11:** “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” God’s plan is for your well-being and a hopeful future.

2. **Psalm 23:4:** “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” With God by your side, it shall be well even in the darkest times.

3. **Isaiah 3:10:** “Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.” This is a direct promise that it shall be well with those who live righteously.

**Call to Action:**

No matter what you are going through, hold on to the promise that it shall be well. Trust in God’s timing and His ability to turn situations around. Speak life into your situation, just as the woman with the issue of blood did, and declare that it shall be well with you. Share this message with others who may need encouragement today.

**Prayer Point:**

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your promises and for always being with us. Strengthen our faith to trust in Your plans, even when the situation seems impossible. We declare that it shall be well with us because we trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
