LIVING UNDER HIS BLESSING

 Living Under His Blessing

**Introduction:**
In a world brimming with uncertainty and challenges, finding solace and strength in the divine promises of God can be a beacon of hope and guidance. “Living Under His Blessing” is more than a phrase; it is a profound truth rooted in the scriptures, offering us an understanding of how to navigate life’s journey with faith and grace.

**Biblical Foundations:**

The Bible, our primary source of spiritual nourishment, is replete with instances and promises that underscore God’s desire to bless His children. Consider Numbers 6:24-26 (NIV), “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” This priestly blessing encapsulates the essence of living under God’s blessing – it speaks of protection, favor, grace, and peace.

Similarly, Psalm 23 portrays the Lord as our Shepherd, guiding, providing for, and protecting us. It assures us of God’s presence and provision, even in the darkest valleys. This Psalm teaches us that living under His blessing means acknowledging Him as our Shepherd, following His lead, and resting in His care.

**Embracing His Promises:**

To live under His blessing, we must also align our lives with His Word. James 1:22 reminds us to be “doers of the word, and not hearers only.” This means applying biblical principles in our daily lives, such as loving others, practicing forgiveness, and seeking wisdom through prayer and scripture.

**Call to Action:**

– **Reflect:** Take time to reflect on the blessings in your life and recognize God’s hand in them.
– **Recommit:** If you’ve strayed from His path, it’s never too late to recommit your life to following Him.
– **Respond:** Actively seek ways to serve and bless others in your community, reflecting God’s love and generosity.

**Prayer Point:**

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the assurance of Your blessings over our lives. Help us to walk in Your ways, to seek Your face diligently, and to reflect Your love in our actions. Teach us to trust in Your provisions and to live each day under the umbrella of Your grace and favor. In Jesus’ Name, we pray, Amen.
